Fly agaric mushroom (Amanita muscaria). I am quite pleased with this one – initially thought I’d ruined it by making the background too complex but then painted over that. Look at what is furthest away, I was told – what is the background of the background. So I ended up with a few strands of grass in the front and ghostly leaves of grass in the background. There is also an inadvertent face (if you have pareidolia) just right of centre at the top edge. Possibly more.
